Launch and Optimization of New Service Packages in Senegal

INITIAL SITUATION

The telecommunications market in Senegal was increasingly competitive and user perceptions of each operator's prices were changing. That is why our client needed an ideal service package configuration that would help them retain their customers and attract new users. 

METHODOLOGY

A quantitative study was carried outwillingness to pay' to detect the configuration of the ideal package of services according to the client profile based on all the factors that come into play in the hiring decision. This is an analysis of joint means where the interviewees were able to select menus pre-designed adaptive service packages. 

OBJECTIVES AND RESULTS

Identification of the factors that have the most weight in the purchase decision. 

Detection of the ideal combination of services in the market that allowed us to increase our client's market share in each market segment.

Creation of a demand simulation tool so that the brand could estimate scenarios based on market changes by the competition.
