Brand Tracking Health: Restoration Chain

INITIAL SITUATION

Our client needed a 360º analysis of their brand to understand and quantify the real impact of the brand, as well as the perceived value of the different audiences through their contact. 

 

METHODOLOGY

We designed a tracking study to monitor the health of the brand that revealed the state of the brand (where it was gaining and where it was losing market); analyzing the way in which certain behaviors are translated. 

OBJECTIVES AND RESULTS

The study served to monitor the current state of the brand in terms of knowledge, perception and loyalty and have it as a basis to carry out a comparison so that the client could see the status of the indicators at any time. 

The brand's communication strategy and the key messages to be launched were rethought to generate greater traffic.
