1. Information to the user
Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
HAMILTON INVESTIGACIÓN ESTRATÉGICA, SL will be responsible for the processing of the personal data of those PERSONS who have proceeded to create a profile on any of its social networks, and they will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), and the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), providing the following treatment information:
Why do we process your personal data?
Purpose of the treatment: to maintain a relationship between the USER and HAMILTON STRATEGIC INVESTIGATION, SL (hereinafter the CONTROLLER) which may include the following operations:
Process requests and queries raised with the person in charge
Inform about activities and events organized by the controller Inform about products or services offered by the controller
Interact through official profiles
When the CONTROLLER collects and processes personal data through its social networks, USERS will be informed about the purpose of the data collection, as well as about their rights in relation to their personal data. Personal data will be used only for the purposes indicated and will be kept securely.
Legal Basis for Processing: the explicit consent given by the USER for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (article 6.1.a GDPR).
Furthermore, the USER can access the privacy policies of the social network itself at any time, as well as configure their profile to guarantee their privacy.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data retention criteria: They will be kept as long as the USER does not revoke the consent given as indicated in this privacy policy.
To whom do we provide your personal data?
Communication of data: The information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER's social networks, including their personal data, may be published, always depending on the services that the USER uses, and may therefore be made publicly available to other third-party users of the social networks. From the profile of each social network, the USER can configure which information they want to make public in each case, see the permissions that have been granted, delete or deactivate them, as well as any third-party application that they no longer wish to use.
However, no communication of personal data to third parties outside the social network is planned, except, if it is essential for the development and execution of the purposes of the treatment, to our providers of services related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing contracts required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
Rights of the USER: may only be satisfied in relation to information that is under the control of the CONTROLLER.
Right to withdraw consent at any time.
Right to access, rectify, transfer and delete your data, and to limit or oppose its processing.
Right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. Using the profile
The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions: Access to public information on the profile.
Publication in the USER's profile of all information already published on the CONTROLLER's social network.
Send personal and individual messages through social network channels.
Page status updates that will be posted on the USER's profile.
The USER can always control his/her connections, delete content that no longer interests him/her and restrict who he/she shares his/her connections with; to do so, he/she must access his/her settings, where he/she will find different configuration options in relation to the level of privacy of the user profile on the social network.
3. Publications
The purpose of social networks is to give visibility and dissemination to the activities carried out by the CONTROLLER. These tools store personal data on the servers of the respective services and are governed by their own privacy policy.
The USER, once he or she is a follower or has joined the CONTROLLER's social network, may publish comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the same. In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the published content, enjoy the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the affected third parties.
Any publication on the social network, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that violates or is likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that infringes, violates or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or the law is expressly prohibited. Offensive, defamatory, illegal or inappropriate comments or content will not be tolerated on the company's profiles. The Company reserves the right to delete such comments or content and block the responsible users.
In these cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content, without prior notice, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The CONTROLLER shall not be liable for the content freely published by the USER.
The USER must keep in mind that his/her publications will be known by other users, and therefore he/she is primarily responsible for his/her privacy.
The images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, but they will remain on the social network.
4. Data of minors or persons with special needs
It is recommended that you review and read the terms of use and privacy policy of each social network at the time of registration, taking into account the different age requirements for doing so.
Likewise, the CONTROLLER shall be expressly exonerated from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special abilities and whose access should be carried out under the supervision and control of their legal representatives.
The CONTROLLER reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our social media profiles and/or our website.
