Tracking Brand Health: Restaurant Chain
Our client needed a 360º analysis of its brand in order to understand and to quantify the brand’s real impact, as well as perceived value in the different targets.
We designed a brand health tracking study that revealed the state of the brand (where it was winning and where it was losing market); analysing how certain behaviours are translated.
OBJECTIVES AND RESULTS
The study helped to track the current state of the brand in terms of knowledge, perception and loyalty, and to use it as a basis for a comparison so that the client could see the state of the indicators at any time.
The brand’s communication strategy and the key messages to be launched were redesigned in order to generate more traffic flow.
