Customer satisfaction with each brand of a restaurant chain
Our client is a major restaurant group with more than 50 years of experience and with a concept that combines good traditional food at affordable prices in a sophisticated, elegant and welcoming setting. They wanted to conduct a study to analyse their customers’ level of satisfaction with the different types of restaurants.
We proposed a customer satisfaction study and carried out a Multiple Linear Regression analysis which allowed us to discover the importance of each of the main assessment factors that create customer satisfaction.
OBJECTIVES AND RESULTS
Swot Analysis with the strengths and weaknesses to be acted upon in order to improve customer satisfaction levels.
A quality performance guide was produced with regard to marketing and customer service.
Designed marketing strategies in the aspects where customers attach the greatest importance.
