Comme je m&#039;int\u00e9resse beaucoup \u00e0 ce conglom\u00e9rat de techniques d&#039;innovation ces derniers temps, j&#039;ai eu des conversations passionnantes avec diff\u00e9rents professionnels qualifi\u00e9s et je suis arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 la m\u00eame conclusion. On fait peu de tout et pas grand-chose, c&#039;est-\u00e0-dire qu&#039;il n&#039;existe pas de processus de recherche qui comprenne parfaitement les besoins des entreprises en termes d&#039;innovation.<\/p>\n<p>Premi\u00e8rement, l&#039;\u00e9nergie et les efforts sont perdus dans des m\u00e9thodologies diff\u00e9renci\u00e9es pour des aspects aussi fondamentaux et cruciaux que la d\u00e9finition des concepts.<\/p>\n<p>Deuxi\u00e8mement, l\u2019ethnographie est ressentie comme un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de safari photographique plut\u00f4t que comme une v\u00e9ritable observation du consommateur, \u00e0 un niveau qui devrait \u00eatre plus appropri\u00e9 \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition d\u2019insights qu\u2019\u00e0 une philosophie non strat\u00e9gique qui ne nous m\u00e8ne nulle part.<\/p>\n<p>Troisi\u00e8mement, du point de vue quantitatif, il n&#039;existe pas de paradigme qui nous am\u00e8ne vraiment \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre de mani\u00e8re scientifique et j&#039;entends par l\u00e0 un argument solide et clair sur la fa\u00e7on dont fonctionne une innovation sur un march\u00e9, il est vrai que le consommateur en a assez de il y a tellement d&#039;\u00ab extension de ligne \u00bb et que \u00ab ce qui se passe dans un monde chalon \u00bb (merci \u00e0 Ram\u00f3n Oll\u00e9 pour cette phrase) est de tenter de d\u00e9couvrir et de d\u00e9crire le v\u00e9ritable comportement du consommateur face \u00e0 un processus d&#039;innovation qui peut conduire \u00e0 am\u00e9lioration de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de l&#039;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, en r\u00e9sum\u00e9, penser moins \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation philosophique de \u00ab l\u2019id\u00e9e \u00bb et plus aux affaires de nos clients, un discours vague, \u00e9th\u00e9r\u00e9 et irr\u00e9aliste sur la mani\u00e8re de lier l\u2019innovation au processus r\u00e9el d\u2019une entreprise est tr\u00e8s bien et. ce qui est vraiment difficile, c&#039;est de comprendre que le processus de recherche et de capitalisation d&#039;une innovation potentielle ne consiste pas \u00e0 faire 4 \u00e9tudes ethnographiques et \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter 4 donn\u00e9es de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour une s\u00e9lection de concepts.<\/p>\n<p>Je propose de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une m\u00e9thodologie unique, homog\u00e8ne et solide qui englobe des techniques de recherche avanc\u00e9es et qui peut fournir une voie unique d&#039;analyse de l&#039;innovation et qui permet aux entreprises de capitaliser sur les ressources n\u00e9cessaires avec un retour sur investissement d\u00e9cisif dans le processus de construction de l&#039;innovation.<\/p>\n<p>Adieu le safari photographique que certains appellent ethnographie et adieu aux \u00e9chantillons ridicules aux indicateurs ridicules.
