Avec l&#039;av\u00e8nement du pointcom, nous avons tous fait nos \u00ab exp\u00e9riences \u00bb avec enthousiasme, mais nous \u00e9tions conscients qu&#039;il s&#039;agissait simplement de transf\u00e9rer les m\u00eames techniques sur un canal diff\u00e9rent et nous avons continu\u00e9 en face \u00e0 face. Ce n&#039;\u00e9tait pas le moment.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">  <\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:12pt;\"  >La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 a chang\u00e9, actuellement Internet est devenu un lieu d&#039;interactions tr\u00e8s riche, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a chang\u00e9, les consommateurs (les personnes interrog\u00e9es potentielles) ont internalis\u00e9 ce canal dans leur vie. Les march\u00e9s sont des espaces connect\u00e9s, des conversations o\u00f9 les clients non seulement s&#039;expriment, mais aussi se transforment. <\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">  <\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:12pt;\"  >La recherche doit s&#039;adapter \u00e0 ce nouveau consommateur collaboratif et interactif. La seule question qui restait \u00e0 se poser \u00e9tait : comment affronter ce nouveau changement par la recherche ? Comment introduire la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle dans nos pratiques ?<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">  <\/div>\n<p style=\"vertical-align: top; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:12pt;\"  >Si nous nous concentrons sur la technologie mobile (plus de 9 millions d\u2019utilisateurs disposant d\u2019Internet sur leur mobile et ce n\u2019est pas fini), elle nous offre de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de collecter des informations. L&#039;utilisation d&#039;autres disciplines telles que la netnographie est m\u00eame \u00e9largie, qui peut \u00eatre d\u00e9finie comme la branche de recherche visant \u00e0 comprendre la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sociale qui se produit sur Internet.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">  <\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:12pt;\"  >Netnographie<\/span><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:12pt;\"  > Elle na\u00eet de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de comprendre la sociabilit\u00e9 dans le canal Internet, d&#039;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 une meilleure connaissance de la sociabilit\u00e9 dans le cyberespace et donc de mieux comprendre les individus (consommateurs) et leurs relations avec les produits, les marques, avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Les techniques de recherche anthropologique sont adapt\u00e9es au canal Internet, avec le principal avantage que les consommateurs sont suivis au sein de leurs r\u00e9seaux sociaux sans les conditionner ni compromettre leur vie priv\u00e9e.
