Laisser de c\u00f4t\u00e9 le point de vue du consommateur a emp\u00each\u00e9 son \u00e9volution et nous avons manqu\u00e9 le dynamisme dont il jouit depuis tant d&#039;ann\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"line-height: 16pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:130%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">Cette orientation client implique tout d&#039;abord de supposer que le consommateur change ses habitudes, sa culture des loisirs et sa mani\u00e8re d&#039;appr\u00e9hender sa relation au centre commercial. Le m\u00eame caf\u00e9 pour tout le monde commence \u00e0 n\u2019avoir aucun sens.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"line-height: 16pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:130%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">Le fait que la strat\u00e9gie de marque repose davantage sur la notion de quantit\u00e9 (plus de m\u00e8tres<sup>2<\/sup>, plus de magasins, plus de salles de cin\u00e9ma, plus de spots radio, plus de fr\u00e9quentation, plus de promotions, plus...) et pas tant en termes de qualit\u00e9 (cible que l&#039;on attire, service, architecture, offre commerciale, accessibilit\u00e9, gestion environnementale... ), Faire appel \u00e0 satisfaire le besoin rationnel du consommateur et \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre notre territoire physique de peur que la concurrence ne l&#039;occupe, au lieu de cr\u00e9er un lien \u00e9motionnel durable et de conqu\u00e9rir une place dans le c\u0153ur du client (la v\u00e9ritablement rentable), Les zones d&#039;attraction sont de plus en plus petites, les temps de s\u00e9jour sont de plus en plus courts, de nombreux centres sont per\u00e7us comme clonaux et principaux et, dans certains cas, pratiquement la seule raison de visite est la proximit\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"line-height: 16pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:130%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;\">Il y a quelques jours, ma fille de 8 ans m&#039;a demand\u00e9 pourquoi j&#039;\u00e9tais du Bar\u00e7a et je vis \u00e0 Madrid.
