line-height: normal; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">Le professionnel de la sant\u00e9 doit prescrire ou indiquer la d\u00e9livrance de m\u00e9dicaments en indiquant le nom du principe actif du m\u00e9dicament et non la marque.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">  <\/div>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">De plus, le pharmacien d\u00e9livrera la pr\u00e9sentation du m\u00e9dicament ou du dispositif m\u00e9dical contenant le m\u00eame principe actif que celui prescrit, la m\u00eame posologie et la m\u00eame voie d&#039;administration au prix le plus bas.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">  <\/div>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">Toutefois, le m\u00e9decin peut toujours prescrire au patient le m\u00e9dicament qu&#039;il estime le plus appropri\u00e9, quel que soit son prix, pour autant qu&#039;il existe un besoin th\u00e9rapeutique justifi\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">    <\/div>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">En revanche, dans les cas \u00ab exceptionnels \u00bb o\u00f9 le m\u00e9decin prescrit un m\u00e9dicament plus cher que ses pairs et ne justifie pas son besoin th\u00e9rapeutique, le pharmacien sera oblig\u00e9 de le remplacer par un autre m\u00e9dicament ayant le m\u00eame principe actif, m\u00eame dose et m\u00eame voie d&#039;administration.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">    <\/div>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">La premi\u00e8re cons\u00e9quence du RDL 9\/2011 est qu&#039;il augmente la capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9cision du pharmacien pour choisir le produit qu&#039;il d\u00e9livre, ce changement entra\u00eene \u00e9galement une modification de la relation avec le reste des agents de la cha\u00eene.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">    <\/div>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">D&#039;autre part, les laboratoires pharmaceutiques adaptent les prix de leurs m\u00e9dicaments \u00e0 un prix inf\u00e9rieur pour \u00e9galiser le prix de leurs m\u00e9dicaments \u00e0 celui de la pr\u00e9sentation la moins ch\u00e8re, ne d\u00e9laissant pas le remboursement et se pla\u00e7ant dans l&#039;attraction des pharmaciens fournisseurs \u00e0 la recherche d&#039;une place dans le march\u00e9, l&#039;entrep\u00f4t de la pharmacie.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">    <\/div>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">C&#039;est pourquoi les laboratoires ont initi\u00e9 des mod\u00e8les de gestion commerciale avec le pharmacien pour d\u00e9fendre leurs marques en pharmacie et tenter de rivaliser avec le reste des options th\u00e9rapeutiques de la cat\u00e9gorie.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">    <\/div>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">Dans de telles circonstances, il est tr\u00e8s important de conna\u00eetre la vision du pharmacien, les ressorts et freins \u00e0 la d\u00e9livrance de certains m\u00e9dicaments, la satisfaction des diff\u00e9rents laboratoires et des campagnes commerciales qu&#039;ils m\u00e8nent par exemple.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">    <\/div>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">A travers des \u00e9tudes de march\u00e9 bas\u00e9es sur des recherches qualitatives et\/ou quantitatives appliquant des techniques directes (telles que les entretiens approfondis, ethnographiques, personnels, en ligne,...) et indirectes (telles que le mod\u00e8le laddering, l&#039;analyse conjointe,...) nous \u00eatre capable de comprendre la situation actuelle du march\u00e9, cibler les pharmaciens responsables des actions commerciales de l&#039;officine et ainsi concevoir des strat\u00e9gies commerciales et marketing adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la nouvelle situation.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">    <\/div>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;
