Tr\u00e8s peu d\u2019entre eux avaient achet\u00e9 via un seul canal.<\/p>\n<h2>Aper\u00e7us de l&#039;\u00e9tude men\u00e9e par Hamilton Global en partenariat avec l&#039;AECC<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude souligne que l\u2019impact est plus important en raison de la rapidit\u00e9 avec laquelle se produit cette transformation technologique, ce qui cr\u00e9e un certain sentiment d\u2019incertitude.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, plusieurs tendances sont point\u00e9es, certaines \u00e9troitement li\u00e9es au e-commerce, comme la satisfaction de l&#039;imm\u00e9diatet\u00e9, la personnalisation de la consommation ou la possibilit\u00e9 d&#039;acheter moins cher. D&#039;autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s sont que les loisirs deviennent une priorit\u00e9 et que l&#039;on se soucie davantage de l&#039;\u00e9cologie et de la durabilit\u00e9. On note \u00e9galement une tendance au localisme et au lien avec l\u2019environnement, en plus d\u2019une mont\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9conomie collaborative.
