Tr\u00e8s peu d\u2019entre eux avaient effectu\u00e9 des achats via un seul canal.<\/p>\n<h2>Aper\u00e7us de l&#039;\u00e9tude de Hamilton Global en collaboration avec l&#039;AECC<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude souligne que l\u2019impact de cette transformation technologique est important et cr\u00e9e un certain sentiment d\u2019incertitude.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs tendances ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9es, certaines \u00e9troitement li\u00e9es au e-commerce, comme la satisfaction de l&#039;imm\u00e9diatet\u00e9, la consommation personnalis\u00e9e, ou encore la possibilit\u00e9 d&#039;acheter \u00e0 moindre prix.
