Amb l&#039;apogeu de les puntcom tots vam fer els nostres \u201cexperiments\u201d plens d&#039;il\u00b7lusi\u00f3 per\u00f2 vam ser conscients que era simplement traslladar les mateixes t\u00e8cniques a un canal diferent i vam seguir amb el face to face. No era el moment.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">  <\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:12pt;\"  >La realitat ha canviat, actualment internet s&#039;ha convertit en un lloc molt ric en interaccions, la societat ha canviat, els consumidors (potencials entrevistats) han interioritzat el canal com a part de la seva vida. Els mercats s\u00f3n espais connectats, converses on els clients no sols s&#039;expressen, sin\u00f3 que a m\u00e9s es transformen. <\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">  <\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:12pt;\"  >La investigaci\u00f3 s&#039;ha d&#039;adaptar a aquest nou consumidor col\u00b7laboratiu i interactiu. Nom\u00e9s es podia plantejar com ens hem d&#039;enfrontar des de la investigaci\u00f3 a aquest nou canvi?, com introduir a les nostres pr\u00e0ctiques la realitat virtual?<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">  <\/div>\n<p style=\"vertical-align: top; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\";font-family:Arial;font-size:12pt;\"  >Si ens centrem en la tecnologia m\u00f2bil (m\u00e9s de 9 milions d&#039;usuaris amb internet al m\u00f2bil i pujant) ens permet noves maneres de recollida d&#039;informaci\u00f3. S&#039;adapten les t\u00e8cniques de recerca antropol\u00f2gica al canal internet, amb el principal avantatge que se segueixen els consumidors dins de les seves xarxes socials sense condicionar-los ni comprometre&#039;n la privadesa.
