text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">4 de cada 10 consumidors de f\u00e0rmacs OTC, que anteriorment acudien al metge nom\u00e9s per obtenir la recepta de la Seguretat Social, afirmen que, despr\u00e9s del desfinan\u00e7ament, aniran directament a comprar-los a la farm\u00e0cia (sense visitar pr\u00e8viament el metge de la Seguretat Social)<\/span><\/b><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Despr\u00e9s dels darrers Reials Decrets aplicats a la Ind\u00fastria Farmac\u00e8utica, i en concret centrant-nos en el RD16\/2012 en qu\u00e8 426 f\u00e0rmacs d&#039;\u00fas com\u00fa per a 18 malalties de car\u00e0cter lleu han estat exclosos del finan\u00e7ament p\u00fablic, l&#039;actitud dels consumidors\/pacients de aquests f\u00e0rmacs han estat modificats. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Segons diversos estudis de mercat realitzats per la consultora de recerca de mercats Hamilton Intelligence, <b>entre el 40% i el 50% dels pacients<\/b> <b>que abans visitaven el seu metge de la Seguretat Social <\/b>per obtenir la recepta d&#039;un tractament reemborsat declaren que, despr\u00e9s de la nova situaci\u00f3 de desfinan\u00e7ament, <b>aniran directament a la farm\u00e0cia a comprar el f\u00e0rmac i deixaran d&#039;anar al metge a obtenir la recepta<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">La situaci\u00f3 ha canviat<\/span><\/b><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">. <b>Les primeres reaccions s\u00f3n m\u00e9s que visibles<\/b><\/span><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">:<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">En primer lloc, el <b>pacient<\/b>comen\u00e7a a abandonar el costum d&#039;anar al metge de la seguretat social per disposar d&#039;una prescripci\u00f3 facultativa i pren decisions pr\u00f2pies respecte al tractament que comprar\u00e0. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Segons estudis realitzats per Hamilton Intelligence, aproximadament <b>6 de cada 10 consumidors que declaren que aniran directament a la farm\u00e0cia afirmen que demanaran el f\u00e0rmac concret que utilitzen habitualment i pr\u00e0cticament el 40% restant sol\u00b7licitar\u00e0 la recomanaci\u00f3 del farmac\u00e8utic<\/b>. \u00c9s destacable la import\u00e0ncia que prenen aquests dos players: consumidor i farmac\u00e8utic.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Aix\u00ed, en segon lloc, el <b>farmac\u00e8utic<\/b> adquireix un paper creixent en la recomanaci\u00f3 i compra final del tractament tenint la possibilitat d&#039;oferir altres alternatives al comprador i convertint-se en un <i>veritable conseller en salut<\/i>. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">I aquesta situaci\u00f3 no nom\u00e9s es d\u00f3na per a productes OTC sin\u00f3, en general, en un mercat molt m\u00e9s ampli que \u00e9s el de la cura de la salut dels consumidors o <b>Consumer Health<\/b> el qual inclou 4 grans categories: Personal Care (higiene oral i dermocosm\u00e8tica), Patient Care (incontin\u00e8ncia i accessoris sanitaris i altres), Nutrici\u00f3 (dieta, enteral i infantil) i OTC (consum, semi\u00e8tics i medicaments publicitaris). El farmac\u00e8utic sol tenir un inter\u00e8s m\u00e9s gran en aquestes categories ja que li permeten ingressar tot l&#039;import i no li reporten deduccions ni retards en els cobraments (provinents de les receptes de la Seguretat Social).<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">I, finalment, la <b>Seguretat Social<\/b> veu com l&#039;aflu\u00e8ncia als Centres d&#039;Atenci\u00f3 Prim\u00e0ria es podria reduir en aquells casos on el pacient acudia \u00fanicament per sol\u00b7licitar la recepta del tractament. Per a ells es treballava una comunicaci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica, basada principalment en <b>atributs<\/b> <b>racionals<\/b>(principi actiu, indicaci\u00f3, efectes secundaris, posologia, etc.). <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Despr\u00e9s de la nova situaci\u00f3, cal crear una comunicaci\u00f3 adre\u00e7ada al target consumidor<\/span><\/b><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">. Per a aquesta comunicaci\u00f3, els laboratoris han de ser capa\u00e7os de detectar els beneficis del producte en atributs <b>emocionals<\/b> que permetin al consumidor percebre un valor afegit i mobilitzar-lo cap a la compra i \u00fas del mateix. \u00c9s moment de <b>generar emocions<\/b>lligades al producte (per exemple, vincular els missatges a elements com: si prens aquest f\u00e0rmac et trobar\u00e0s millor i podr\u00e0s gaudir m\u00e9s dels teus fills\u2026). <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Hem d&#039;aconseguir con\u00e8ixer l&#039;anhelat &#039;<b>insight<\/b>&#039;: la comprensi\u00f3 en profunditat de les necessitats reals, latents, inconscients o inconfessables del consumidor.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: large; line-height: 115%;\">La comunicaci\u00f3 per a la farm\u00e0cia: suport a la venda<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">De la mateixa manera, el paper de la farm\u00e0cia pren m\u00e9s rellev\u00e0ncia. La <b>oficina de farm\u00e0cia<\/b> \u00e9s un punt calent on cada dia entren m\u00e9s de 2.000.000 de persones i en qu\u00e8 resulta molt interessant invertir recursos per incrementar la rotaci\u00f3 de productes i convertir-la en un nexe d&#039;uni\u00f3 entre el laboratori i el consumidor final. \u00c9s important <b>aportar recursos al farmac\u00e8utic per a la seva activitat di\u00e0ria i per a la seva oficina de farm\u00e0cia.<\/b> Alguns laboratoris han creat webs on pengen cursos de formaci\u00f3, consells per a l&#039;atenci\u00f3 a farm\u00e0cia, not\u00edcies d&#039;inter\u00e8s i moltes altres utilitats. A m\u00e9s, inverteixen en publicitat al punt de venda per <b>ajudar el farmac\u00e8utic en el seu proc\u00e9s de recomanaci\u00f3 i venda<\/b>. El paper assessor del farmac\u00e8utic cobra cada dia m\u00e9s import\u00e0ncia i els pressupostos de m\u00e0rqueting dels laboratoris en prenen consci\u00e8ncia. Cal recordar que el 40% dels consumidors que aniran directament a la farm\u00e0cia sense passar pel metge, declaren que, un cop all\u00e0, demanaran <b>consell al farmac\u00e8utic<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: large; line-height: 115%;\">El preu: optimitzaci\u00f3 de productes, preus i formats<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">I, pel que fa a la variable preu, els laboratoris han tingut fins ara un preu i un format molt acotat pel sector farmac\u00e8utic. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Despr\u00e9s de la nova situaci\u00f3, <b>resulta necessari<\/b><b>determinar a quin preu o amb quin format comercialitzar el producte<\/b>. Com ja \u00e9s m\u00e9s que sabut, <b>ni el comprador ni el farmac\u00e8utic prenen decisions basant-se exclusivament en un factor<\/b> sin\u00f3 que, abans de prendre una decisi\u00f3, analitzen la combinaci\u00f3 de possibles caracter\u00edstiques del producte (marca, preu, format, packaging, nombre d&#039;unitats, marge en farm\u00e0cia, etc.). Pel que \u00e9s realment important con\u00e8ixer el consumidor (i, el farmac\u00e8utic) i saber <b>com decideixen i per qu\u00e8 estarien disposats a pagar \/ recomanar m\u00e9s i per qu\u00e8 menys<\/b>. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Hi ha avan\u00e7ades t\u00e8cniques d&#039;an\u00e0lisi de mercat<\/b> que ens permeten reproduir aquestes decisions complexes <b>a partir de models de simulaci\u00f3<\/b>. Mitjan\u00e7ant els resultats els laboratoris s\u00f3n capa\u00e7os d&#039;optimitzar les caracter\u00edstiques dels seus productes i el preu i <b>oferir productes a mida de les necessitats dels consumidors<\/b>.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b><s><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\"><br \/><\/span><\/s><\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">\u00danicament si el consumidor \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de<b> identificar un benefici <\/b>quan utilitza el producte<b>continuar\u00e0 utilitzant-lo al llarg del temps, estar\u00e0 disposat a comprar-lo i ser\u00e0 fidel a la nostra marca<\/b>, malgrat el desfinan\u00e7ament, el copagament o altres mesures de retallada sanit\u00e0ria que estiguin per venir.<b> <\/b>Aix\u00ed mateix amb el<b> farmac\u00e8utic<\/b>, hem de ser capa\u00e7os de<b> motivar-lo m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les habituals pol\u00edtiques comercials a la farm\u00e0cia <\/b>de manera que aconseguim que el nostre producte es trobi al seu top of mind i estigui disposat a recomanar-lo al seu dia a dia. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Tota crisi cont\u00e9 una gran oportunitat de canvi.
