Enrere van quedar aquells anys de bonan\u00e7a econ\u00f2mica i aquesta gana consumista en qu\u00e8 amb sortir anunciat per televisi\u00f3 era pr\u00e0cticament suficient per garantir una certa quota de mercat. L&#039;actual situaci\u00f3 \u00e9s ben diferent: un context econ\u00f2mic de crisi amb una taxa d&#039;atur elevad\u00edssima i uns consumidors que, a m\u00e9s de disposar d&#039;una renda amb prou feines per arribar a final de mes, estan entrenats a esquivar tot est\u00edmul publicitari. Amb aquest panorama, cal for\u00e7a valor per sortir al mercat a captar clients. Afortunadament, encara hi ha qui est\u00e0 disposat a navegar en aig\u00fces turbulentes.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt;\">A priori, l&#039;estrat\u00e8gia m\u00e9s segura podria semblar aquella que abasti un nombre m\u00e9s gran de clients potencials. Un producte no massa at\u00edpic, capa\u00e7 d&#039;encaixar en el m\u00e0xim nombre possible de llars. Un producte ordinari combinat amb una persuasiva campanya de m\u00e0rqueting. Per fer-ho utilitza la corba de difusi\u00f3 d&#039;idees de Moore. Centrar tots els esfor\u00e7os a seduir els dos grups majoritaris i ignorar les minories dels extrems. Sembla fins i tot el m\u00e9s assenyat, el menys arriscat. Segons Seth Godin, el contrari \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s segur: \u00aben molts mercats el valor d&#039;un grup \u00e9s independent de la seva mida: dep\u00e8n de la seva influ\u00e8ncia\u00bb. La majoria preco\u00e7 i endarrerida est\u00e0 satisfeta amb els seus productes de sempre, no els agrada haver d&#039;adaptar-se a les novetats, s&#039;aferren a all\u00f2 que tenen i no paren atenci\u00f3 a les novetats del mercat. Seria un malbaratament invertir en publicitat i m\u00e0rqueting per seduir un segment del mercat que ni tan sols ens escoltar\u00e0.<\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt;\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt;\">L&#039;alternativa \u00e9s cridar l&#039;atenci\u00f3 dels innovadors i els primers adoptants amb productes realment nous. Aquests s\u00ed que ens escoltaran, sempre que el que h\u00e0gim de dir sigui interessant. S\u00f3n persones a qui s\u00ed que els agrada el canvi, estan a l&#039;expectativa de les novetats que surten al mercat i busquen activament informaci\u00f3 sobre les \u00faltimes tend\u00e8ncies. Nom\u00e9s quan haguem conquerit la part esquerra del revolt ser\u00e0 realment possible assolir el gruix central i majoritari. I seran els innovadors i els primers adoptants els qui s&#039;encarregarien de difondre el nostre producte o marca ja que aquests exerceixen una gran influ\u00e8ncia sobre la resta de la corba. Pregonarien els beneficis i les meravelles del nostre producte i els resultar\u00e0 tant o m\u00e9s senzill de difondre si el nostre producte est\u00e0 dotat d&#039;avantatges senzills d&#039;explicar i f\u00e0cilment demostrables.<\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">N<span style=\"line-height: 18.3999996185303px; text-align: start;\">o es tracta doncs de productes per a la gran majoria ni de grans inversions publicit\u00e0ries. Si intentem agradar a tothom l&#039;\u00fanic que aconseguirem \u00e9s passar desapercebuts. Cal cercar n\u00ednxols de mercat i adaptar l&#039;oferta perqu\u00e8 un determinat target se senti identificat i s&#039;impliqui amb el nostre producte i la seva difusi\u00f3. Es tracta de dissenyar productes diferents, nous i atractius que cridin l&#039;atenci\u00f3 dels que realment estan interessats en el canvi. I dotar-los a m\u00e9s de caracter\u00edstiques que, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de ser avantatjoses pel que fa al que actualment ja existeix, siguin senzilles d&#039;explicar i transmetre a uns tercers consumidors que a priori no estan disposats a adoptar cap novetat.
