Aquesta fita universal ha afectat totes les facetes de la societat. A les primeres etapes del canvi, l&#039;acc\u00e9s a un m\u00f3n d&#039;informaci\u00f3 <i>gaireb\u00e9 <\/i>infinit s&#039;assentava a la base motivacional del que seria una aut\u00e8ntica revoluci\u00f3: <i>la fantasia de control sobre el m\u00f3n<\/i>, l&#039;acc\u00e9s a &#039;tot&#039;, el m\u00f3n a les mans. Posteriorment, l&#039;individu va anar adquirint un paper m\u00e9s actiu, ja no nom\u00e9s tenia acc\u00e9s a &#039;tota la informaci\u00f3&#039; sin\u00f3 que en participava: podia contribuir, modificar i incorporar nova informaci\u00f3, generant-se aix\u00ed una <i>fantasia de poder <\/i>sobre aquest entorn. Va passar amb la proliferaci\u00f3 de f\u00f2rums, blocs i, en les darreres fases, les xarxes socials. Aquesta darrera fita est\u00e0 tan integrada avui dia que ens trobem amb un <i>individu dual<\/i>, les seves interaccions socials s\u00f3n <i>off i on. <\/i>Mant\u00e9 les relacions socials i de consum, i amb les marques alternant entre ambd\u00f3s entorns d&#039;una manera natural i ja normalitzada. Amb l&#039;aparici\u00f3 dels smartphones s&#039;ha fet un pas m\u00e9s, i ens trobem amb <i>individus duals<\/i> en tot moment. No \u00e9s estrany observar com s&#039;alternen aquests modes d&#039;interacci\u00f3 social al carrer, a l&#039;oficina, al futbol, al nostre dia a dia.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Hamilton sabem de la for\u00e7a i profunditat que ens poden oferir aquestes tecnologies per con\u00e8ixer encara m\u00e9s el consumidor, per arribar-hi al seu entorn natural que, com s&#039;ha incidit, \u00e9s un entorn cada vegada m\u00e9s dual. Podem imaginar la for\u00e7a que aporta que, despr\u00e9s de fer uns grups de discussi\u00f3, seleccionem una part d&#039;aquesta mostra i continuem treballant la categoria durant unes setmanes? Podem imaginar unir joves de diferents punts geogr\u00e0fics per estudiar-ne els valors, motivacions vitals i estudiar tend\u00e8ncies socials i de consum? Podem demanar-los que gravin els seus h\u00e0bits de consum i vagin explicant i descrivint com fan i per qu\u00e8 ho fan i sempre de manera menys intrusiva que des de l&#039;etnografia tradicional.<\/span><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-right: -.05pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 115%;\">En definitiva i per concloure, per qu\u00e8 no aprofitar els aven\u00e7os que ens ofereix la tecnologia per aproximar-nos m\u00e9s al consumidor? Com avan\u00e7ar en la comprensi\u00f3 del consumidor modern?
