Moltes vegades no saben b\u00e9 per a quin prop\u00f2sit, per\u00f2 compren, segurament no implementaran res a nivell estrat\u00e8gic a l&#039;empresa, per\u00f2 la venda ja est\u00e0 feta.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Davant la por, el lideratge. No hi ha cap recepta millor. Un lideratge que s\u00e0piga definir les necessitats reals d&#039;adaptaci\u00f3 al negoci amb un \u00fanic valor o paradigma, Focus, Focus and Focus. Focalitzar l&#039;esfor\u00e7 en all\u00f2 que et diu el teu compte de resultats, la resta \u00e9s ci\u00e8ncia ficci\u00f3. Focalitzar en all\u00f2 que optimitza l&#039;experi\u00e8ncia de compra, focalitzar en all\u00f2 que millora la relaci\u00f3 amb els teus clients, focalitzar en all\u00f2 que millora l&#039;entorn de treball dels teus empleats, focalitzar en all\u00f2 que et fa ser m\u00e9s competitiu, m\u00e9s velo\u00e7, m\u00e9s \u00e0gil i m\u00e9s pro-actiu. En definitiva, focalitzar-te en all\u00f2 que fa millor el teu producte o servei, fa millor els teus clients i fa millor els teus empleats.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>No facis cas a receptes fatalistes, si est\u00e0s conven\u00e7ut del teu model de negoci, optimitza&#039;l des de la innovaci\u00f3, adapta&#039;l al mercat i aplica tot all\u00f2 que et millori la teva focalitzaci\u00f3 al compte de resultats. Per\u00f2 sempre en positiu.
