{"id":1015,"date":"2009-05-18T08:08:00","date_gmt":"2009-05-18T08:08:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hamilton.global\/index.php\/2009\/05\/18\/el-factor-riesgo-el-club-de-la-lucha-de-los-fabricantes-contra-las-marcas-blancas\/"},"modified":"2025-11-03T11:54:06","modified_gmt":"2025-11-03T11:54:06","slug":"el-factor-riesgo-el-club-de-la-lucha-de-los-fabricantes-contra-las-marcas-blancas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hamilton.global\/ca\/el-factor-riesgo-el-club-de-la-lucha-de-los-fabricantes-contra-las-marcas-blancas\/","title":{"rendered":"El factor risc, el club de la lluita dels fabricants contra les marques blanques"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La crisi econ\u00f2mica actual, a m\u00e9s d\u201fun canvi de valors, ens aporta un nou escenari en el proc\u00e9s de decisi\u00f3 de compra on s\u201fhan modificat els h\u00e0bits de consum i les marques blanques estan guanyant terreny a les marques de fabricant.<\/p>\n<p>Les grans cadenes ja acaparen el 32% de les vendes totals del sector, Espanya s&#039;ha convertit en el primer pa\u00eds europeu amb m\u00e9s domini de la marca blanca, passant per sobre d&#039;Alemanya que era el feu tradicional de les ensenyes blanques en productes de consum.<\/p>\n<p>Tres grans grups, Carrefour, Eroski i Mercadona ja controlen el 59% de tota l&#039;alimentaci\u00f3 envasada segons dades de Nielsen.<\/p>\n<p>El cas m\u00e9s impactant \u00e9s el de Mercadona, que amb m\u00e9s de 1.200 supermercats a Espanya obt\u00e9 una quota del 20% del mercat en valor. Aquest impacte \u00e9s m\u00e9s gran si veiem que les seves pr\u00f2pies marques (Hacendado, Deliplus o Bosque Verde) representen el 50% de les vendes de Mercadona, un percentatge que s&#039;incrementa dia a dia amb la nova estrat\u00e8gia que ha suposat l&#039;eliminaci\u00f3 de 800 refer\u00e8ncies, moltes de elles de marques l\u00edders.<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u00e8 es pot fer des de l\u00f2ptica del fabricant, hi ha marxa enrere?<\/p>\n<p>Tot i que el panorama es presenta complicat per a les marques de fabricant, ja estan comen\u00e7ant a ensenyar les dents.
